  We visited Australia 4 times, every time we rent a car. Service last time at Bargain Gold Coast was tragic. Difficult contact from the airport to the office. A nice minivan driver who took us from the airport. The office looks like in the factory, there is no good in the middle of where it even smothered.

  my original signature. The amount is not large, no one will jerk with this company. But it remains the worst image of a car rental company in Australia. I will never use the service of this company any more, even more so since I used to use others and was nice and without any problems. If someone thinks of their site better think 3 times and choose a good company that makes good service. Sometimes cheap is mean coming more hidden problems.

  Old and dirty furniture. Service in the office is not very professional, we made reservations through the international website, and on site we were given surprises in the form of additional costs to book. We did not have any surprises on previous car rentals in other companies in Australia. Of course we got another model, not the one we ordered. It was ford focus and we got the old Hyundai model. The exterior looked ok, but inside it was not cleaned up, a lot of dust on the dashboard and some drink from the previous customer. We have pics of this. After returning the car, the minivan driver drove to the airport. During the stay it turned out that we had to pay one parking ticket, told them office to tell them to get it from my credit card they had previously given. They spent a month for the mandate, but as it turned out, they did not pass this sum to the office, only cheating the customer got our money for some office matters. In addition, they send us a document in the mail that looks something like the shape of my signature but it is not

  This is a scam. Don't use this company or its intermediaries. Once you've booked it's subsidiary takes your money (send it to Latvia) and then Bargain Car Rental cancells the reservation, and your money is gone, and no car at your destination. No notification emails to you as it's subsidiary is in Latvia.

  I was really impressed. I normally hate dealing with car rental companies - they are always trying to rip you off somewhere. These guys give great customer service and are incredibly efficient. The price was cheap and there were no nasty surprises. I can't comment on their approach if something goes wrong but I'd use them again.
