  Do not trust the operator when calling you, they only want to get their commissions and will give you wrong booking, literally they are cheating.

  2 weeks for open air parking for $84. Searched around and this was one of the cheapest. Dropped car off and was pretty easy, waited at venue for about 15 minutes before leaving for airport. Allow at least 30 minutes for transfer either way. Pickup was a little confusing; we were told to be at where we got dropped off but actually needed to be in the ground transport pickup area which is nearby. Our car was ready to drive away on our arrival back to to the parking lot.

  Whilst cheap and quick to check in, it is not nice to be made to wait over an hour after an international flight to pick up your car which is five minutes away. Not to mention we called ahead 3 times from customs and then outside the terminal to let them know we'd been waiting, only for other customers who hadn't been waiting anywhere near as long to be let on the bus in front of Us. The bus driver was apologetic and courteous though.

  I booked from 11:00am to 14:30, but the confirmation was from 12:00 to 14:30!!! And called operator centre to modify the booking and they said it is ok!! But she did not send me confirmation even I asked her !!!!!
